Welcome to Miyabi Agency's Persona OS platform, operated by Interact / Miyabi Agency (Company No. 201510070) ("we," "us," "the Company"). By accessing or using this website, any dashboard account, or any AI persona/companion character offered through it (each, a "Persona"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. What this site is

This platform operates AI-driven persona characters ("Personas") that interact with people across multiple platforms, including Fanvue and Telegram, on behalf of independent business clients who commission and own each Persona. This site is used for managing Personas via our dashboard, and for informational pages about specific Personas.

2. AI personas — read this before interacting with any Persona

Every Persona offered through this site or linked from it is an artificial intelligence character — not a real person.

  • Personas cannot be relied upon. Outputs are generated by AI in real time and can be inconsistent, inaccurate, or wrong. Nothing a Persona says is fact, professional advice, or a binding promise.
  • No real relationship exists. A Persona is designed to simulate personality, memory, and affection — that is a designed product experience, not evidence of real sentience or a real relationship.
  • Not a substitute for real human connection, therapy, or professional advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, contact a crisis hotline or emergency services in your area — do not rely on a Persona.
  • Personas do not arrange real-world meetings. Any statement suggesting an in-person meeting is a limitation of the AI system, not a genuine offer.
  • This experience may not be suitable for everyone, including some adults — particularly if you are especially prone to emotional attachment to AI systems, are in emotional distress, or are seeking a substitute for real human connection or professional care.
  • If you ask directly, a Persona will confirm it is AI — it will not claim to be a real human being.

3. Eligibility — 18+ only

This site and every Persona offered through it are intended exclusively for adults. By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live, if higher) and legally permitted to access adult-oriented content where you are located. We restrict content and access if we have reason to believe a user is under 18.

4. Acceptable use

You will not: attempt to make a Persona generate content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or other illegal content (attempts are logged and may result in an immediate, permanent ban, and may be reported to relevant authorities); attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI system or prompts; use automated tools or scripts against this site or any Persona; impersonate another person; or misrepresent your age or identity.

If you are a Client operating a Persona through our dashboard, you additionally may not configure a Persona to impersonate a real, identifiable person without documented consent, target or market a Persona to minors, or instruct a Persona to deny being AI, skip legally-required disclosures, or bypass age-safety gating. These platform safety features are mandatory and cannot be disabled.

5. Third-party platforms

Where a Persona operates on a third-party platform (Fanvue, Telegram, etc.), that platform's own terms also apply to your use of it, and any payments or content there are governed by that platform, not by us directly.

6. Intellectual property

The website, our software, and underlying AI systems and prompts are our property or that of our licensors. Persona-specific assets (character identity, generated media, and the persona's model file) are owned by the commissioning Client as set out in that Client's Service Agreement.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and every Persona are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or consistent. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this site or any Persona shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may modify this site or these Terms at any time. Material changes are reflected in an updated effective date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
